Jürgen Reder is a management consultant with a focus on start-ups, healthcare professions and sales, who also has personal experience as a successful entrepreneur. He successfully founded a personnel services company in the IT sector, set up a meditation and yoga center in France, and currently runs a company in mobile physiotherapy. 

His passion is to support people on their way to independence by showing them how ideas can be successfully implemented.  

 

He is also a yoga and meditation teacher and is currently completing training as a psychotherapist with a focus on existential analysis.

In 2020, Jürgen Reder moved from France to Altaussee with his fiancee to enjoy the breathtaking nature and the warm-hearted people of this region.

Angela Leon is a lawyer with a master's in Real Estate Management as well in Globalization, trade and Emerging Markets. She possesses extensive experience in International Migration. 

After managing the legal department of an International firm in Beijing, Angela has helped European companies in their internationalisation process, from the design to the execution plan of the expansion into the Chinese Market. She is also the founder of Global Visa-free, a Consultancy Firm that offers immigration and relocation services in Malta, Spain and Ireland. She has a passion for internationalisation, both for companies and individuals. 

Angela is location-free; she moved to Bad Ausse from where she manages her business, including clients, teams, and partners located in China, Europe and Latin America.
